To create an order you must first create a Shopping List using our online catalog. Once you have completed your list, you may print it out on the Order Form printout page. Order forms may be faxed to Child Technologies at 423-867-1344
Creating a Shopping List
First, browse through the catalog until you find something that you want to add to your list. When you find something, there will be an Add Box on the page of each product that looks something like this:
Choose the quantity of this item that you would like to add to your Shopping List by double-clicking on the number box with the "1" in it, and typing in your desired quantity(You may leave it as it is if you want to add only one of that particular product). Then click the "Add" button to add the item to your list.
Previewing Your Shopping List
At any time you may view the current contents of your shopping list by clicking the "Check Shopping List" button in an Add Box or by clicking the "Shopping List" button that appears in the upper-left corner of this page and most pages at ChildTechnologies.com. The Shopping List pop-up window shows your current product selections and is updated every 30 seconds or every time you click a "Shopping List" or "Check Shopping List" button.
Changing the Contents of Your List
If you want to change the quantity of any of the products in your Shopping List, you may either add more of that item using the Add Box on its individual catalog page, or you may delete that product entirely from your list using the "Delete" button on the Shopping List pop up window that is next to the item that you wish to delete. You may also clear your entire shopping list by clicking the "Clear List" button on the Shopping List pop up window.
Order Form Printout
Once you are ready to fax us your order, you can print out the order form, complete with all of your selections, by going to the Order Form printout page. You can get to this page by clicking the "Proceed to Order Form Printout" button on the Shopping List pop up window, or by clicking the "Order Form" button that appears in the upper-left corner of this page and most pages at ChildTechnologies.com.
