To order from Child Technologies download this order form. Please fill out the form then either fax the order form to our customer service or feel free to place the order by phone toll free at 877.867.3171 or email at info@childtechnologies.com.
Warranty-
Full One Year Warranty-
If any Child Technologies product breaks or fails in service during the first year we will replace or repair it free of charge.
In the event that a customer receives a product which is damaged other than shipping or a product damaged due to a manufacturer defect with in five years from the purchase date the customer must follow these procedures:
Call Child Technologies toll free at 877.867.3171 for a return authorization number.
Package the product in the same or similarly packaging and ship back to:

with the return authorization number listed on the inside and outside of the carton. Child Technologies will repair or replace the product and ship prepaid back to customer.

Return Policy-
If for some reason you need to return a Child Technologies product, please call us within 30 days of delivery. We'll take care of all the details for you. If the return is a result of damage or defect we will pay all return freight charges and ship you a new one. You would be responsible for repacking the item in question. Please hold on to all packaging materials and boxes until you are completely satisfied. On shipments that are not a result of damage or defect, a 20% restocking fee would apply and the return shipping charges would be your responsibility. We must have the product returned to issue credit.
